Your mission
We are a fast-growing high-tech start-up seeking a full-time or part-time Casting Operator to join our team. As a Casting Operator, you will play a critical role in manufacturing our products with outstanding quality. To be successful in this position, you will reliably follow precise instruction of the production process, keep a critical eye on performance and quality, and proactively bring in ideas on potential improvements. Experience with casting processes and parameters is highly preferred. You will be working hands-on for some of the biggest names in the consumer and tech industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on cutting-edge technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Operating the casting process with a diligent eye for detail
- Assist in evaluating work methods, procedures, and polices to improve operations
- Bring input ideas in further developing the mechanics of the casting process
- Assist in determining root cause analysis for issues
- Maintain safe and efficient housekeeping practices
